Susan Malikowski

Susan Malikowski ran her own design studio out of San Francisco for 17 years before returning to Pennsylvania and her native West Chester. She has created numerous award-winning book jackets, studied children's book illustration, and taught art to middle school students.

Susan has a Bachelor's degree in Art Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania; she pursued further studies in Graphic Arts and Printmaking at San Francisco State University. As an award-winning plein air painter, Susan was an active participant in the Bay Area plein air artist movement, helping to secure open space and agricultural lands at risk of development in the San Francisco North Bay region. Her commitment to producing quality creative work and providing outstanding client service makes her an outstanding Senior Graphic Designer at Verve Marketing & Design.

When she is not listening to Barney, hanging out with Thomas the Tank Engine, or exploring the wonders of dinosaurs and dragons, Susan enjoys playing, singing, arts and crafts, baseball and bicycling with her son, hiking, gardening, rediscovering the East Coast and spending time with family and friends.
