Diane Lemonides

President

About Diane

Over the past 30 years, Diane has assisted numerous companies in developing and implementing growth strategies and continually exceeding expectations. Diane speaks and consults with businesses and organizations, both locally and nationally, on branding, marketing, luxury marketing and family business. She also conducts workshops and round table discussions for groups around these topics.

After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, Diane lived and worked in London, Melbourne, Australia and New York City, where she was a designer and art director at several publishing houses before launching her company in 1988. She has received many design awards and has a proven reputation for bringing financial success to her clients.

Diane has two grown sons, one of whom joined Verve Design & Marketing upon completing his university studies. She resides in the Brandywine Valley of southeastern Pennsylvania with her husband. In her time off, she can be found in her garden, where she cares for her organic vegetable garden. She is passionate about the environment, is an avid cyclist, and enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband.

Little known facts about Diane — she never watches TV, she rode her bike across Iowa and Vermont, rappelled down a skyscraper, and loves her compost pile.

About Anita

Since graduating from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2019, Anita has been gaining knowledge in exhibit design, branding, and UX design. Designing for a variety of experiences has given her a unique way of thinking that helps her connect with her audience. Outside of designing, Anita enjoys road trips, live music, and hiking.

Tyler Millichap

Account Manager

About Tyler

Tyler Millichap grew up In West Chester Pennsylvania and moved to Bozeman, Montana, where he attended Montana State University. An avid outdoorsman, Tyler spent much of his time in the Montana wilderness. Upon graduation, Tyler returned east to start his career at Verve Marketing & Design. As account manager, Tyler works on behalf of clients in diverse markets, helping them unearth growth opportunities to reach new revenue goals. Tyler also leads and manages all social media and Google programs.

Prior to joining the family business, Tyler worked in construction in Montana and Pennsylvania. He enjoys traveling and has a passion for drawing, fitness, weightlifting and building projects. Tyler has also coached ice hockey for youth and a men’s league. His rescue dog Shelly, a German Shepherd Lab mix, is our office entertainment.

Dana Feldesman

Senior Writer/Content Specialist

About Dana

Dana is a writer, editor, and content specialist with more than a decade of experience developing custom copy for a wide range of industries and audiences. After studying public policy and economics at Smith College, Dana returned home to Southeastern PA, where she began her career as a political aide and researcher. She soon pivoted into legal writing, working with law firms to grow their client bases through compelling informational content and thoughtful SEO strategy. Since 2008 Dana has also written extensively for the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the technology, consulting, instructional, and food service sectors. She joined Verve Marketing & Design in 2017, and now collaborates with the team on all digital and print materials and services for their diverse midsized and small business clients.

When she’s not working Dana loves rooting for Philadelphia sports teams, hearing live music, and doing the New York Times Crossword puzzle every day.

Amy Perish

Senior Designer

About Amy

Amy’s path as a designer has been clear since childhood, when she’d collect paint swatches at hardware stores or rip ads out of magazines that “looked cool.” After graduating in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from American University, Amy traded in her collection of paint swatches for Pantone books (professional color swatch books). Amy has worked for almost two decades in the web design, publishing and advertising industries. She enjoys learning about new clients and visually translating their message to the wider public. When Amy isn’t designing, she loves to travel and spend time with her husband, chasing around their two young daughters, and playing with their large chocolate Lab, Moose.

About Ian

Ian is a professional web designer with 17 years of experience working with small to medium sized businesses. He specializes in WordPress websites and is great at presenting complex ideas in a simple to understand manner. Ian enjoys traveling and some of his favorite travel experiences was visiting the Colosseum in Rome, Italy and the Acropolis in Athens, Greece.

Amy has over a decade of experience in the web design industry. Prior to becoming a web designer, Amy worked as a junior accountant for a credit union. Her accounting background makes her great at getting the little details right. She has an eye for design and makes it a habit to keep up with the latest web design trends. Amy loves to travel and so far her favorite place that she visited is Dubrovnik, Croatia.
